men of twentyWhat do 1979 - 1990- 2016 and Ballyduff Drama Group have in common? Answer – 'Many Young Men of Twenty'.

As a tribute to our recently passed president, actor, director and friend – John Coleman our autumn production this year for local consumption will be a revisit to the John B Keane classic. Set in 1961 a musical play which deals with emigration and the lack of jobs and opportunities at home that forced people to leave Ireland – some things never seem to change.

This 2016 revamped production contains a very large cast of young and old, some very experienced actors, some people treading the boards for the first time and some people making their first appearances with Ballyduff Drama Group  - it's going to be big, brilliant and a whole lot of fun..

Opening night Thursday 13th October in St Michael's Hall, Ballyduff with performances on Fri 14th, Sat 15th, Thurs 20th, Fri 21st, Sat 22nd October .

If using Sat Nav, be careful when inputting. There are at least three Ballyduffs in County Waterford. In particular, there is a village called Ballyduff about five miles from Waterford City. This is not us! Coordinates 52° 08' 51" N, 8° 03' 06" W will get you pretty near the correct Ballyduff! more
